My client is seeking an experienced RGN or RMN qualified Nursing Home Manager to run Nursing and Care Home. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the running of the home with an excellent understanding of CQC and adhering to company policies and procedures. Also, to ensure development of the home along with recruitment and development of the staff.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working and managing a medium sized nursing home. This position will require you to be RGN/RMN with an active PIN and experience with the elderly and dementia
