One of the UK’s largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit an Office Assistant for their Sheffield office.

Please note: This is a full-time permanent role. You would work from home or the Sheffield office, or a combination of the two, as part of the company’s Flexible by Choice policy.

The Role
As Office Assistant your role will be to provide support across the office. This may involve document services (post, scanning, reprographics), porterage services, office service centre management (stationery stock control, ordering and paper replenishment), meeting room and reception support, moves and changes and archiving support.

You would be expected to ensure that you have received the necessary training so that you can competently carry out your duties, taking responsibility for ensuring that equipment is maintained and fit for purpose, making sure to raise any concerns over Health & Safety breaches in accordance with Company Procedure.

The Candidate
The Office Assistant role will suit an adaptable, reliable and self-motived individual with experience providing a high standard of facilities / office support within corporate setting. You must have…
– Time management skills to plan work and meet demanding or conflicting timescales.
– Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
– A flexible ‘can do’ attitude, responsive to changing environments and tasks

The job will be suitable for individuals who have experience with the following roles: Office Assistant, Front of House, Facilities Assistant, Office Manager
