The world’s largest independent provider of legal software is currently looking to recruit an articulate and intelligent Office Manager at their London office. You would be responsible for providing a high standard of administrative and office management support, ensuring all work is produced in an accurate and timely manner and to a consistently high standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and capable Administrator to join and develop your career within a within a market-leading international business. Key tasks would include sourcing and implementing a new travel booking system, managing the relationship with the building facilities manager, and managing the office space efficiently and effectively.
You would act as the front of house representative, answering calls, managing the meeting rooms, managing the travel and accommodation booking system, plus dealing with general enquiries as they arise. Other key responsibilities will include opening, logging and distributing post on a daily basis, photocopying, scanning and filing documents, ordering stationery, plus database and finance support.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced Administrator / Office Manager looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic market leading firm. You will have experience providing high calibre support within corporate environments. You will be a courteous, enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Excellent IT ability will be required, with good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You will have strong time management skills, able to manage a varied workload and work efficiently and effectively under pressure and to deadline.
