Our client, a training provider, handling inbound enquiries from a wide range of individuals are seeking a Company Manager to join their team. As Company Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day running of a busy office in a fast paced environment. You will be an ambitious self-starter, who is self-motivated, numerical and sales focused, someone who can work in a demanding environment, whilst keeping calm!
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little to no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organised and flexible

Essential skills and experience

  • Previous positions held at a managerial level
  • Utmost confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient at use of Excel Spreadsheets
  • Attention to Detail
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great with numbers
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships at all different levels
  • Ability to multi task and very quick thinking
  • Ability to use own initiative to plan and organise your workload and to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • At least 2 years proven experience in a similar role

Duties include:

  • Maintaining sales spreadsheets on a daily basis for tracking
  • First point of contact with financial companies
  • Updating CRM system with sales notes and new customers
  • Payments on Worldpay
  • Handling finance applications
  • Keep and maintain an accurate record of contracts and electronic correspondence
  • Checking and sending terms and conditions
  • Paying invoices
  • Updating finance spreadsheets
  • Carrying out excel data analysis
  • First point of contact with external HR company
  • HR Duties such as:
    • Maintenance, distribution and storage of staff policies
    • Contracts holiday
    • Sickness records
    • Associated staff benefits
