Office Manager (Social Care)
Salary: £23-£25k Per Annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join an expanding company in London who specialise in the Social Care industry.
DBS and Reference applications
Assist with managing Care home properties and maintenance
Assist with preparing reports for Directors
Telephone management – incoming and outbound calls, query resolution
Arranging Purchases, receiving deliveries and goods in.
Dealing with referrals.
Arranging appointments for existing/new clients.
Assist with payroll administration
Assist with management accounting
Assist with credit control
Assist with Bank reconciliations
Assist with collation of reports across departments
Assist with vehicle fleet management
Assist with marketing and event support
A well organised experienced manager
Self-motivated, results-oriented with a positive outlook,
clear focus on quality
Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with people at all levels.
Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person’s point of view.
Well presented and businesslike.
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
IT skills: Must be adept in use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and email.
Numeracy: Able to easily manage and review calculations for self and others
Literacy: Must have the ability to produce competent written work, invoices and proposals with a degree of supervision from the Office Manager. Able to communicate with clarity using written media.
Admin support skills.Effective recording, record keeping and documenting enquiries
Must have full UK driving licence and own transport
