We are recruiting for an Office Manager in Stafford Salary is £25k
The Role; We are working with a client in Stafford that is currently recruiting for an Office Manager. The role is based with the Health and Social Care sector and you will report to the Directors. The main purpose of the role will be to support the management along with the day to day running of the office and staff.
* Experienced in Microsoft Access Database and Microsoft packages
* Preparation of reports
* Minute taking at meeting and co-ordination of meetings
* Office filing and responding to enquiries
* Maintaining all company records and reports for audits
The Person; The successful person must have experience in managing a small to medium office and it is essential that they have Microsoft Access database experience and their reports are on this system.
