Covering Poole, Farnham and Isle of Wight
Salary between £38k and £40k
We have brand new role working for an Operations Manager for an independent group of Nursing and Residential Homes covering around the areas of Poole, Farnham and Isle of Wight. You will report to the General Manager and the main remit if the role is to travel around the regions homes offering support and if need be cover. Excellent leadership and management skills within the Nursing and Residential home setting. Ideally they are looking for a Registered Nurse
You must have your own vehicle and a full valid driving licence
* Be a support for the homes in the region
* Dealing with any issues within any of the homes and working to CQC guidelines
* To liaise with the fellow Manager and staff in the homes
* Assisting in the development of the regional , working closely with the General Manager
* Excellent communication skill and to hold regular meeting and liaise with all involved on changes and developments
The successful person for this role must have a passion working within the health and social care. It is desirable if you are a RGN,RN, RMN,RNLD and a Registered Manager of a nursing home sector, however they are open to non-nurses as long as they are an experienced manager. NVQ Level 4 or 5 or RMA in Health and Social Care
This role will involve travel between sites and also over-night stays including travel to the Isle of Wight.
