Operations Manager – Domiciliary Care

We are currently looking for an individual who is an experienced Operations Manager, Area Manager or Regional Manager in Social Care, specifically Domiciliary Care. You’ll be taking up a post of Operations Manager, and will be responsible for overseeing a number of services across Manchester and Cheshire areas.
Quality – You’ll be key to driving up quality across the region, ensuring that the focus of each services is to provide a high-quality personalised service to all customers. Work with Manahger’s o ensure that their service is compliant with CQC standards
Recruitment and Retention – To ensure that each service has a recruitment plan in place in order to grow. To ensure that the all staff are retained, through training, development and clear leadership.
Business Growth – To ensure that there is steady business growth in the domiciliary care provision and identify new tender opportunities
Leadership and Management – To manage and support a number of Manager’s within your area, ensuring that all staff are aware of their obligation to follow company policy, regulatory requirements and confidentiality of people using the service.
Budgets and Finances – You’ll also monitor and manage cost control and ensure that each service is operating within agreed budgets
- We are looking for somebody who has experience in a Senior Management role within the Domiciliary Care Sector – we will consider applicants who have worked within Extra Care / Assisted Living.
- You’ll need to demonstrate that you have experience of successfully managing all the points above and show that you have an excellent knowledge of the regulatory requirements with in the care sector.
- Ideally you’ll be qualified to NVQ level 4, RMA or have a Business management qualification.
