We’re looking for an Operations Support Manager for a domiciliary and extra care provider covering the Southeast region. Salary up to £28K dependent on experience and qualifications.

As the Support Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Director, supporting them across the branches in your area with day-to-day operations. Areas include Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will live in any of these areas and will work from their closest branch. However, due to the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible to travel to other branches in your area when needed.

My client is a privately owned group who have been providing exceptional and bespoke, person-centred care for over 20 years. They provide care and support to clients from all backgrounds to live as independently as possible.

They are looking for a confident individual who has extensive experience and passion for domiciliary care. This role may suit a Registered Manager looking to move away from registration, or a strong Care Coordinator / Deputy looking for a varied position. There will be future progression opportunities available, including the opportunity for an Area Manager role if suitable.

Responsibilities:

This role is a varied position which will see the successful candidate working across various functions within the business.

Tasks could include:

  • Supporting a branch with improving compliance.
  • Making sure a branch is ready for audits or CQC inspections.
  • Stepping in to cover a Care Manager when off on annual leave.
  • Supporting a branch with care coordinating if needed.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within domiciliary care.
  • Experience of meeting all regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety and local authority requirements.
  • Excellent people management and leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A full driving licence is essential for this role.
