Support Workers – Part Time
Learning Disabilities – Community
Salary: £16,330pa + £1,051 Location Allowance (pro rata salary based on full time hours)
Shifts: Flexible shift patterns
Location: Henley on Thames & Sonning Common (Oxfordshire)

We are currently looking to recruit a team of part time support workers to work within the community supporting 3 customers with learning disabilities.

The right candidate must be caring, innovative and flexible; with a good sense of humour and excellent communication skills to work within the community changing the lives of vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.

This is a highly rewarding role where you will work alongside an ever changing client group, helping, rehabilitating and developing every service user you come into contact with.

Your role as a Support Worker is to ensure that the client lives as independently as possible, whether it’s at home, in the community, collage / education or at work.


  • Flexible to work on a rolling rota and within a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be a drive with own car
