As one of the UK’s leading accountancy firms we are currently recruiting for an intelligent and well organised Payroll Executive at our Grangemouth office. As part of the Pay and Bill team, you would support the delivery of a professional and reliable payroll and invoicing service to the Recruitment sector, ensuring clients receive an efficient, accurate and timely service at all times.
You will be expected to liaise and work closely with a portfolio of Recruitment Agency clients, processing payrolls and contractor payments, raising sales invoices, preparing payment reports and assisting with query resolution.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join one of the UK’s leading firms. You must have at least 2 years payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy firm or payroll bureau.
You will be well organised, able to prioritise a varied workload and used to working to deadlines. You must be computer literate, with good knowledge of Excel. You will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, and having recently undergone an exciting rebrand, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly interesting time.
