We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager to manage developments in the North Region of the UK, overseeing supported living services for the elderly.
As a Peripatetic Manager you will be providing cover for Registered Estates Managers in our Developments in the specified area, sometimes at short notice, and occasionally at weekends and
Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day operational running of the Assisted Living development.
Leading, directing, supervising and supporting staff teams working within the Assisted Living development in providing a range of services which can respond flexibly to the needs of individual
Managing the promotion of domiciliary care services to residents of the development and potentially in the locality.
You will be registered with the Care Quality Commission
You will be an experienced care manager with the following skills / attributes:
-an NVQ Level 4/5 RMA or equivalent in Health and Social Care
-a passion for wanting to continually improve the level of service and maintain this.
-Dedicated to the care of the elderly
-Full Clean UK Driving Licence and own transport is essential.
-Must be extremely flexible with availability to work weekends
-Must be available to travel to other developments,sometimes at short notice
