My client is a thriving Accountancy Practice that is outstripping the competition with great client service backed up with stunning offices! Due to their continued success, they are now recruiting a Personal Assistant to support the Senior Partner.
As an experienced Personal Assistant you will be supporting the Senior Partner and day to day duties will include:
• A wide range of varied Administration tasks
• Client communication both via telephone, email and face to face
• All travel arrangements, hotel bookings and vehicle management
• Arranging all training courses and Staff CPD
• Implementing , Managing and Maintaining all procedures for the administration team
The successful Personal Assistant will have previously worked in an Accountancy Practice, Solicitors Office or similar professional services environment.
You will possess very strong organisation skills and have great attention to detail at all times
You will demonstrate a professional manner with both Clients and Colleagues, and be able to priorities your work under stressful and demanding circumstances.
You will enjoy being part of the Administration Team; however you will be able to work on your own initiative and intuition.
You will have a minimum qualification of GCSE Level or above in both Maths and English and possess excellent tying and IT Skills.
