This is a fantastic opportunity for a pre-sales consultant to join a market leading, innovative software house. Perfect for someone with pre-sales or business analyst experience, this role would be a great fit for someone with a background communicating between clients and internal teams, identifying and implementing their bespoke software needs and requirements.

The position is a hybrid working model, working two days remotely from home and three days in their superb premises based in Walsall, where you will have access to their on-premises gym, nursery, and recently refurbished restaurant. You will also be travelling to new/existing clients, which when visiting clients would be classed as an office day, ensuring you have those two days working remotely per week.

It is essential that you have a full UK driving license, as travel will be required with all travel expenses fully funded and pool cars available.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the company’s new cloud-based billing solution, which is based on Salesforce and has recently launched in the UK, Australia, and America. The focus in the role will be communicating with developers to build a demo that can then be demonstrated to their international client base, talking through the product with potential clients and communicating their requirements back to internal teams for possible future software integration with new clients.

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with a pre-sales or business analyst background, with experience communicating between clients and internal product/development teams to ensure the highest standard of software solution is provided to their international client base. With an emphasis on demonstrations of the software to potential new clients, key aspects of a successful pre-sales consultant include:

  • Client-facing experience within a software house or re-seller environment.
  • Demonstration and presentation skills.
  • Fantastic planning and self-organisational outlook.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills.
