You will be primarily responsible for managing the production line of a leading food producer with ultimate responsibility for its performance against agreed fulfilment and accuracy targets.
Based at the company’s Nuneaton site, you’ll report to the Shift Manager and will be tasked with the following:
– Meeting production targets against a backdrop of time constraints
– Driving excellency and efficiency
– Thinking on your feet to ensure things remain on track regardless; they will give you the autonomy – you need to revel in this
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got experience of a production or logistics type environment – anywhere where there is a ‘production line’ that you have managed.
They’ll also need you to have experience of leading and motivating teams of people and all that entails.
Plus, it’s essential that you’ve got experience of delivering against a series of KPIs.
We need you to be able to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to embrace a culture of success and be willing to embrace change and always be seeking improvement.

This Production Team Leader position offers an attractive basic salary of £26,350 per annum for the perfect candidate.
