Production Workshop Foreman
c. £40k +Bonus+Pension+holidays
I am looking for an experienced Production Workshop Foreman to run a workshop which coats a huge range of surfaces and materials for a variety of clients including architects, retailers and hotels.
Forming part of the management team you will take charge of the company’s production workshop based in Wiltshire.
You will run the manufacturing operation in a production workshop coating a huge range of surfaces and materials. These will include sheet and prefabricated metals,wood, MDF, plaster, plasterboard, glass, fibreglass, concrete, paper, plastic, polystyrene and fabric.
Specifically you will manage the process of creating a solid veneer of cold spray metal, which includes a bespoke metallic finish.
Abothe part of your role will be totake responsibility for the facility which prepares the substrates in glass reinforced polyester.
You will also be responsible for any associated CNC machinery.
The role would be ideal for an experienced Production Workshop Foreman or Joinery Shop Foreman preferably from within the joinery/ shop production industry.
You will be able to interpret drawings and specifications.
You will have knowledge of CNC operation and programming.
Experience with coating or sheet metals and prefabricated metals is useful but not essential.
Ideally you will have come from a Joinery Workshop environment as the workshop is run in a similar way.

Working closely with interior designers, architects and artists, their projects include decorative feature walls and doors, to sculptures, screens and furniture. Their clients include hotels, major retailers and exclusive properties.
