Project & Maintenance Coordinator

As an experienced project coordinator and supporting the Head of Estate Development, you would take on responsibility for coordinating all administrative and communication aspects of project work. You will assist in the planning and roll out of key utilities, waste and maintenance projects, monitoring costs, creating reports, as well as responding promptly to all queries as part of the Helpdesk team. You will ensure the effective maintenance of stores across the UK supports the business in driving profitability.
The ideal candidate for the role must have a proven track record successfully coordinating project activity from start to finish, preferably in a multi-site capacity. You will be confident and well organised with good attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines with the ability to work alone or as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem solving ability will be required, as will excellent communications skills plus good IT competency.
