Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum

My client is a niche business that supplies Business Process outsourcing solutions to Medical, Legal and the Insurance industry. As a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an additional Project Manager into the IT change team.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for a range of business change and software delivery projects. You will co-ordinate resources including the IT Team, Development, Business Analysts and Software Testers. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring and control of a number of projects including a mixture of Infrastructure, application and business related change projects, projects vary in size and complexity and can last anything from from a few weeks to several months.
The Person
You will already be working in a similar role as either a Project Manager and will have done so for at least five years. You will have experience of managing cross functional IT/Software teams as well as end users in order to complete projects in a timely fashion. You will be an effective communicator able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business and collaborating with people across the wider business area. You will be experienced in refining business requirements and outlining plans and action points. You will also be experienced in resource planning and scheduling at both tactical and operational levels. You will be structured and organised, able to identify constraints, impacts and risks associated with proposed projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
