Project Manager (Solar Shading/Fit Out)
c. £40k +car, health plan, pension
I am looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an established solar shading and blind organisation for the fit out and refurbishment sector based in London.
As Project Manager you will deliver sub contract packages from inception to completion, and will manage multiple packages of manual and motorised internal and external shading products.
Projects will be in the South East and may involve working out of hours.
The role will work alongside the indoor account managers, technical service managers, operations team and the senior quantity surveyor.
The projects are fast track fit out construction projects on behalf of principal construction contractors and will involve multiple installations of solar shading.
The job may involve working at height and will include managing electrical trades and associated trades.
The role would be ideal for an experienced Project Manager preferably from within the fit out or refurbishment industry with experience of solar shading or blinds preferred.
Candidates from a similar office internal refurb background will also be considered. You may be qualified to degree level in construction management or have a similar building qualification. Time served candidates will also be considered.
Candidates from relevant solar shading/fit out trades backgrounds or commercial mechanical or electrical fit out construction backgrounds are preferred.
Established over 25 years ago the company are a fast track commercial solar shading and blinds fit out company servicing the commercial sectors on behalf of principal contractors across the South East. They are part of a larger business who concentrate on new blinds and maintenance.
