We’re looking for a Qualifying Officer to work for our client.

Established in 1968, they are a leading provider of FM services to a range of clients.

If you can demonstrate experience of ensuring fire maintenance contracts are performing to BAFE standards then you could be perfect for our client and we’d love to see your CV.

Responsibilities:

– Maintaining the BAFE accreditation and ensuring all contracts continually perform to them

Requirements:

– Experience of ensuring fire maintenance contracts are performing to BAFE standards

– Additional experience of maintaining BAFE status as part of an audit process

– Further experience of emergency lighting systems – and ideally nurse call / access control too

– BS5266 & BS5839 experience

The Package:

– Basic salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
