Quality Assurance Manager (Social Care)

Salary: £45,000 to £50,000
Location: Central London
We are currently recruiting for Quality Assurance Manager to work at a leading care provider with homes based throughout the UK
An award winning, charitable trust providing residential and nursing care throughout the Midlands, Southern and Eastern England. They currently support over 700 of elderly residents with various complex needs across multiple sites.
The main purpose of the post is to drive their quality agenda across the organisation. You will oversee quality assurance, quality improvement, manage the delivery of training and ensure that the company meets its compliance requirements. You will be the trust’s lead contact with CQC and will be responsible for ensuring the trust’s care policies comply with current standards and best practice. This is an exciting role in which you will lead on the development of a quality strategy and plan that enables quality to be delivered across all homes within the trust.
The successful candidate will possess substantial experience within a healthcare organisation coupled with practical experience of quality assurance and improvement principles, systems and processes.
