Quantity Surveyor (House builder)
Up to £55k+Car Allowance, Bonus

Due to expansion of their commercial surveying team, this established house builder seeks to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.

The Role:
Based from their office in Bedfordshire and you will join an established team in a region producing quality residential developments across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, , Hertfordshire,Gloucestershire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire.and Oxfordshire .

Ultimately you will be responsible for the overall control of costs and monitoring of all commercial aspects of each development from pre-tender enquiry through to sub-contractor final accounts.

You will work very closely in a Commercial team of quantity surveyors and a buyer, and will take day to day management responsibility for up to 5 housing developments at a time.
Projects are nice new build housing projects including detached, semi-detached properties, and apartments.

The Candidate:
The role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor from a residential house builder with new build development or housing experience.

You will need to have experience working in a quantity surveying team, possess strong commercial skills and bring plenty of drive an determination to make this key role a success.
