A full service, integrated communications agency is currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist / Administrator at their Wolverhampton office. You will act as the office’s first point of contact and would be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and ensuring the appropriate impression is given to all callers and visitors to the office.

You would play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the office. You will be responsible for the switchboard, meeting and greeting clients on their arrival, and ensuring that the reception area and meeting rooms are consistently maintained to a high standard. Other key responsibilities will include opening, logging and distributing post plus photocopying, scanning and filing documents when required, ordering stationery, as well as typing letters, minutes, memos and presentations as and when required.

The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced Receptionist / Administrator, used to handling a high volume of calls on top of a managing a variety of different tasks. It is preferred that you will be familiar with operating a switchboard equipment, but not specific to any particular system. You will be well-educated, with excellent communication skills, and computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office products, plus good typing skills. You will be an enthusiastic and well organised individual with a flexible and positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
