We’re looking for a talented Recruiter to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of working within the care sector.

Please note: In this position you’ll be needed to work some weekends and occasionally cover on-call in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.

The Role:
Reporting to the Owner and based in the company’s Potters Barr office, as the Recruiter you will be primarily responsible for sourcing Support Workers and Care Worker for this domiciliary care business.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Creating inventive ways to attract new candidates – including open days and attending forums
– Sourcing and approaching potential candidates
– Promoting the business effectively to ensure the best candidates want to work for the business

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 and 1 week in 4 on-call.

The Candidate:
The Recruiter will have relevant background in working within the care sector. You’ll also need a background in working within an office environment.

In addition, you’ll need a clean DBS.

The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– Inventive and resourceful
– Good communication skills
– Able to work effectively in a small team

The Package:
Basic salary: £2,000 – £25,000 per annum
On-call payments: £720 per annum
Bonus: An extra bonus is also available if the company hits certain targets – full details of the scheme will be revealed on application
