We’re looking for a talented Recruitment Administrator to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of administration.

The Role:
Reporting to the Recruiter and based in the company’s Cheltenham office, as the Recruitment Administrator you will be primarily responsible for supporting the recruiter with all aspects of recruitment administration and ensure a responsive end to end recruitment service that provides a great candidate experience.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Managing all aspects of recruitment
  • Placing adverts on websites
  • Making initial contact with applicants
  • Processing applications through the applicant tracking system
  • Supporting the management of the employee referral scheme

    The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30.

    The Candidate:
    The ideal candidate for this Recruitment Administrator role will have relevant experience of administration.

    You’ll also need experience of using IT systems and working closely with people.

    The ideal person for the role will be the following:

  • A good communicator
  • Able to establish rapport quickly
  • Organised and have good attention to detail
