I am currently looking for an experienced Recruitment or HR Administrator to work for a highly reputable employer within the social care sector.

The Role

  • Responsible for fielding recruitment related queries from both internal and external sources
  • Working with managers on defining staffing requirements and producing effective job description
  • Attracting a high calibre of candidates quickly and efficiently via various sources
  • Ensuring advertising costs are kept to a minimum
  • Liaising with selected recruitment agencies and managing job boards where necessary
  • Promoting the Employee Referral Scheme
  • CV and application screening
  • Telephone shortlisting candidates to determine whether they meet the requirements for the role
  • Maintaining a database of suitable candidates
  • Full coordination of interview invite process
  • Providing assistance during recruitment events such as Group Interviews and Opened Days
  • Producing weekly reports on activity to Managers and Directors
  • Managing Ad-hoc recruitment project work

Candidate Requirements

  • 2-3 years of extensive experience of end to end recruitment for a wide variety of roles, gained either in a fast paced in house role or with an agency
  • Awareness of employment law and best practice techniques relating to recruitment
  • Experience of working within the Health/Social Care sector (desirable)
  • Ability to manage a large workload to strict deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and good attention to details
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to build good working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team working skills and proactive approach to problem solving
