Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you would be responsible for delivering a high quality in-house recruitment service to Partners, Directors and Hiring Managers across the southern region, ensuring the right people are consistently recruited into the right jobs. You would be tasked with sourcing high quality qualified candidates for a variety of roles, delivering a first class service to candidates and colleagues alike. You would use a range of attraction methods including job board advertising, social media, headhunting, driving a high volume of high calibre candidates to the company’s recruitment website, as well as developing effective relationships with a portfolio of external recruitment suppliers. You will strive to provide Hiring Managers with the best possible candidates for their vacancies.

The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced recruitment professional, either from an agency background or with in-house experience. Experience of working with professional services organisations would be an advantage however is not essential, however you must have recruited across all levels, including senior management.
You must be able to demonstrate a positive can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You must be results-driven and have previous experience working under pressure and to strict deadlines. The successful candidate must possess strong stakeholder management experience – building relationships with both candidates and key stakeholders and gaining necessary buy in.
