As one of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies we are currently looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Recruitment Advisor at our Leeds office. Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager, you would be responsible for delivering a high quality in-house recruitment service to Partners, Directors and Hiring Managers across the business, ensuring the right people are consistently recruited into the right jobs.
As a skilled Recruiter you would be tasked with sourcing high quality qualified candidates for a variety of roles, delivering a first class service to candidates and colleagues alike. You would use a range of attraction methods including advertising on job boards, social media, headhunting, driving a high volume of high calibre candidates to the company’s recruitment website, as well as developing effective relationships with a portfolio of external recruitment suppliers. You will strive to provide Hiring Managers with the best possible candidates for their vacancies.
The role will also require travel to other offices on occasion (conducting interviews, assessment days etc.) It would be helpful if you have your own car. You must also be willing to work outside of standard hours when necessary.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced recruitment professional, either from an agency background or with in-house experience. Experience of working with professional services organisations would be an advantage however is not essential, however you must have recruited across all levels, including senior management. Experience recruiting via job boards and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) will be required, as will experience working with an applicant tracking system.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential, you will be interviewing candidates on a daily basis both face to face and over the phone, plus you will be expected to maintain and establish effective working relationships with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers across the business as well as within the Recruitment Team.
With almost 3500 partners and staff across 35 offices generating a fee income of over £300 million, and having undergone an exciting rebrand in 2015, you would be joining one of the 3 principal mid-market accountancy firms at a particularly interesting time.
