Recruitment and Retention Officer – Domiciliary Service
Salary: £19,000 – £20,000 + benefits package
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to manage the recruitment of carers for a busy domiciliary care company based in Solihull.
The role is based in an expanding domiciliary agency that offers care to service users within the community in and around the Solihull region.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and retention of the care team. This will include organising and attending careers fairs and open days, acting on referrals and networking to ensure that you grow the care staff team.
You will also be involved in the recruitment process including chasing references and DBS and you will be responsible for ensuring care staff are fully compliant to work.
This would be an excellent opportunity for a Care Coordinator looking for the next step up.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will have a good understanding of the recruitment process in a care setting. You should live within a commutable distance of Solihull and you will be a car driver.
