One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently looking to recruit an intelligent and well organised Recruitment Assistant at their Leeds office. Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Advisor, your role will entail assisting a team of Recruitment Advisors in the delivery of a full recruitment service. You would play an integral part in helping improve client service while driving down recruitment costs.
Key tasks will include CV searching for a variety of roles, building a centralised candidate talent bank and utilising it to help recruit the right person into the right job. You will be expected to assist in the shortlisting of candidates, conducting telephone interviews as well as arranging face-to-face interviews, while dealing with all candidate application queries and external recruitment agencies. You would also be involved in the preparation, selection and attendance of assessment centres throughout the UK, therefore the role will involve occasional travel.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an ambitious and bright individual looking for an opportunity to develop their career within a market leading company. Experience providing support in a fast-paced Recruitment / HR environment would definitely be an advantage. You will be a confident, outgoing and reliable individual with strong communication skills as well as excellent organisational skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work equally effectively alone or as part of a team. You must be able to demonstrate strong IT skills, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
