The largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions, specialist coffee services and F&B solutions, are currently looking to hire a Recruitment Assistant, focused on direct recruitment by supporting Hiring Managers with shortlisting and screening candidates, ATS system support and ensuring data integrity, plus adhoc administration and reporting.

Applications from across London will be considered however travel to Ruislip Head Office office 2 – 3 times per week will be required, so individuals in West London, Berkshire, Surrey, Hertfordshire ideal.

This is a fixed term contract role – 12 months and likely to be extended.

The Role
This is an interesting and busy role with direct access to key stakeholders in the business, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and brilliant at engaging with/ assessing candidates (previous recruitment experience is essential!).

– Creating adverts and loading templates onto Recruitment system
– Working with hiring managers to define screening criteria
– Reviewing and shortlisting CVs
– Initial candidate calls/ interviews to pre-screen and assess suitability
– Onboarding successful candidates
– Ensuring ATS is up-to-date, updating master templates, cleansing historical data, chasing managers to update system
– Supporting with Adhoc recruitment projects and general HR administration

The Candidate
– Previous experience as a Resourcer, either within an agency or in-house Recruitment environment
– Knowledge of defining shortlisting criteria
– Must have worked with a Recruitment system/ ATS previously
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to positively interact with potential candidates
– Strong administration and organisation skills- you’ll have a busy workload!

The Package
Basic salary: Offering an excellent package of between £25,000 – £26,000, 4 month contract initially however potential to be extended.
