In the role, you will be tasked with managing an existing temp desk within the healthcare sector.
Based in the company’s Sutton Coldfield office, you’ll report to the Senior Account Manager and will be responsible for the following:
– Working with existing clients to ensure shifts are filled as quickly as possible
– Picking up and developing new client relationships and all that entails
– Building and developing relationships with a large candidate pool
What experience do I need?
My client is looking for someone who’s got experience of the temporary recruitment sector.
You’ll also need experience of:
– The healthcare sector
– Client management with the ability to manage and grow accounts
– Managing a wide and diverse candidate poo and be able to get the best out of them

What can I earn?
The Recruitment Consultant position offers an attractive basic salary of circa £20,000 per annum for the perfect candidate.
There are additional payments you’ll receive as a result of your on-call work which will amount to £5,000 per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to a earn an annual performance related bonus of circa £5,000 if you hit your personal targets, alongside other additional benefits which include the following: Health insurance, pension and free parking.
