Due to expansionm, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and fast paced care agency based in brand new, purpose built offices, in the heart of Sutton Coldfield.

The Package

Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
Salary £22,000 – £24,000 per annum
28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
Uncapped bonus

As the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for running a warm desk, coordinating a bank of Support Workers to ensure that all client bookings are covered, whether it be an on the day basis or advanced booking.

You will have excellent communocation and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

This is a fast paced role that is not only challenging, but rewarding too.
