Based: Birmingham

We are looking for a highly motivated, driven recruitment consultant, with experience of permanent recruitment to join our Sales recruitment team and develop their career and earning potential within our growing business.

What we want:

Someone who can perform a 360 degree recruitment role for us. Someone with the ability to sell, spot commercial opportunities, use their initiative and maximise the resources available to source candidates and has experience of assessing both opportunities and candidates to ensure that they know which ones will be successful.

We need:

Ideally some permanent recruitment experience or contract experience with a real desire to get into permanent recruitment.

Someone who has a strong desire to succeed and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve results.
