You will be primarily responsible for fulfilling requirements on behalf of technology companies.
Based in the company’s Birmingham office, you’ll report to the Recruitment Manager and will be tasked with the following:
– Using LinkedIn and other social media to find suitable candidates for roles
– Headhunting potential candidates for your roles
– Identifying potential clients and companies which could be used to source applicants
– Achieving targets
What experience do I need?
My client wants someone who’s got a background in technology sales or a permanent recruitment environment.
They’ll also need you to have experience of working with emerging companies and also to talk credibly at a senior level.
Plus, you’ll need some experience of selling a solution to a client or selling effectively to potential candidates.
In addition, you’ll need a polished and professional outlook.

What can I earn?
This Recruitment Consultant position offers a basic salary between £25,000 – £35,000 per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus of up to £30,000 per annum if you hit your personal targets.
