In this Recruitment Consultant role you’ll report to the Sales Director and will be primarily responsible for managing a select number of clients, ensuring that all short falls are covered, and they are fully staffed whilst managing a pool of bank workers.
Specific tasks include:
– Keeping in touch with your clients understanding where the shortfalls are and why
– Obtaining and updating candidate availability
– Covering all bookings that are given to you
– Sending out client and candidate rotas
– Producing figures for weekly meeting and working to KPI’s
This position is based in our Sutton Coldfield office, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.
The standard working hours for this job are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
To be the right person for Recruitment Consultant role you will need to confident on the telephone, have excellent IT skills and have a passion and drive to work hard. You need to be able to multi-task and work quickly and under pressure to fill shifts accurately. You will need a strong attention to detail.

The basic salary for the Recruitment Consultant role is between £20,000 – £24,000 per annum.
In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.

Please note: In this position you may be needed to work some weekends and occasionally cover on-call in unsociable hours. Full details of how this will work will be revealed at interview.
