Recruitment Consultant – Health Care
Must have recruitment experience ideally in the health and social care sector
Due to expansion after a massive success, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated sales person to join a busy and thriving social care division in Leeds.
As the Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for servicing existing business, generating new business, client visits, advertising, coordinating care hours, recruitment and retention of staff across the Leeds area.
The office is open hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm along with a managed on call rota of one evening a week, shared with 3 other consultants in the branch.
You must have experience of working as a recruitment consultant before, ideally specialising in health and social care, along with possessing excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
