Due to expansion we have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Social Care team.
To work autonomously with support from the rest of the team, and Team Leader, enabling you to carve out your own niche within the Social Care market.
We are situated in the heart of Sutton Coldfield in newly refurbished, purpose built offices at the back of TGI Fridays.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to bill between £9,000 – £10,000 per month, depending on your salary banding.
In return you will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary, one of the best commission structures in the market place, and incentives galore!!

To be considered for this role:
You will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience within permanent recruitment, ideally in Health and Social Care, however this is not essential.
It is essential that you are a pro-active individual who has a hunger to sell and thrives on challenges.
