The Role:
As a recruitment coordinator you will be responsible for the West Midlands Region resourcing and recruiting candidates from Directors to Support Workers. Some of your duties as a recruitment coordinator will include;

• Sourcing candidates using the companies databases and outsourcing.
• Liaising with Regional/Area managers, taking specifications for each role open.
• Setting up interviews for candidates.
• Ensuring all compliance procedures are adhered within the recruitment process.

You must have previous experience within recruitment preferably health and social care sector.
