Health and Social Care Recruited Manager required
Working from the Manchester office with a salary between £25k and £36k OTE £60k plus car allowance
I am working with a well-established recruitment company that has sites throughout the Midlands, North West and South East. They are looking to expand in the Manchester area and require a Recruitment Manager to help set up this division specialising within the health and Social Care sector
The main objective is to build and grow the permanent recruitment consultancy area of the business and further develop the sector
- Your initial responsibilities will be twofold:
- Firstly you will be sourcing and converting new business across the UK within Domiciliary Care, Residential Care, Nursing Homes and Agencies for permanent staff including nurses, managers, care co-ordinators and carers. You will also be responsible for filling the vacancies too.
- Secondly you will be recruiting training and developing consultants to join the team and expand the division right across the UK
This role requires someone with experience of recruiting people on a permanent basis within Health and Social Care. Ideally you will have had some experience of managing people or growing divisions, but the most important thing is you have a knowledge of how the sector works and the drive and ambition to develop the recruitment division.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for either a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Team Leader or Branch Manager to start something up from scratch and really create a division with maximum support from one of the UK’s leading recruitment firms.
Whilst ideally they would like someone living in or near Manchester, with offices nationwide they will also consider people living elsewhere too.
