We’re looking for a talented and experienced Recruitment Partner to join our client and play a key role in the delivery of a speedy, customer focused and effective recruitment service.

This is an interesting and busy role with direct access to key stakeholders, the ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and brilliant at engaging with and assessing candidates. Previous recruitment experience, agency or in-house, is essential, as is up to date knowledge of current recruitment tools, use of social media platforms, how to build a talent pipeline and experience leading added value recruitment projects.

Please note, the company’s UK Head Office is based in Falmouth, Cornwall. Remote working arrangement can be offered however you will be expected to travel once or twice per month, including regular visits to the Falmouth HQ.

Responsibilities
As part of the internal recruitment team and working within the wider global Recruitment network, you will own all of the recruitment activity for the Global and Central Functions business, recruiting a broad spectrum of roles and pipelining talent for the future.

Partnering closely with the business and HR Partner, you will have experience of finding and bringing in specialist skills from a wide range of backgrounds. You will add value through the whole recruitment cycle, providing excellent manager and candidate experience ensuring you’re sourcing the best talent for the business.

A key part of the role will also be working on global recruitment projects. This will have a significant impact in enabling a consistent, high-quality service globally.

Requirements
– A strong track record within recruitment, either within an agency or in-house recruitment function
– Proven sourcing experience – ability to source candidates outside the UK would be an advantage
– Considerable interviewing experience from entry-level to management roles
– Must have worked with a Recruitment system / ATS previously
– Excellent communication skills, able to positively interact with potential candidates and internal stakeholders
– Strong administration and organisation skills – you’ll have a busy workload!
