The Role:
As a Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer, you will:
- Identify new candidates to onboard to the agency through CV databases, advert responses and Social Media Networking
- Draft and place adverts in various job boards and social media sites
- Headhunt and approach suitable candidates by phone & email
- Use the existing candidate databases to find the right person for vacancies
- Screen prospective candidates by phone, Teams or face to face – Asking set interview questions to establish their experience and qualifications
- Set up new candidates on the applicant tracking system
- Carry out the onboarding checks; Request references, ID documents & application forms
- Ensure candidates move through the onboarding process efficiently to achieve a healthy pool of available workers
- Working towards daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and targets
- Brief candidates about job vacancies available and responsibilities
- Prepare candidate profiles and correspondence for consultants to send to clients for review
- Ensure knowledge of company regulations and statutory legislation
