The largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions, specialist coffee services and F&B solutions, are currently looking to hire a high-achieving Regional Account Manager, supporting the retention and growth of Key Accounts across London and the Home Counties.
You’ll be joining an established sales team, working with a business model that breeds success and overachievement. You’re given autonomy to run your own client base by implementing fresh ideas and creative strategy to maximise each and every client.
You’d be joining a vibrant, energetic team who are all individually driven to push the boundaries and overachieve. They meet in the Hemel Hempstead office each week to collaborate as a team, share ideas and to support one another to ensure collective success.
The Regional Sales team will be made up of 8, including account managers and new business sales hunters. You’ll be looking after accounts ranging from £20k to £250k in revenue per annum. The average sales length in this team is 4-6 weeks. New business wins range from £50k – £1m in contract value.
The Client base is accustomed to excellent service and have an expectation of continuous innovation. Each opportunity is different and bespoke, with a focus on solution selling and a real understand of each client’s needs.
Every day is different which takes the monotony and boredom out of the work week! Account Managers are not limited to client retention and contract renewals – there is an expectation to expand the base through successful networking and new business wins. You’d be representing a premium brand with responsibility for upholding the company’s stellar reputation.
– Career stability and proven B2B sales experience, with a solution selling approach
– A high-achieving salesperson with previous significant overachievement of targets/KPIs (we’ll need proof!)
– Degree educated, minimum 2.1
– Demonstrable experience of disruptive selling and driving change
– A naturally consultative and collaborative relationship builder
– Strategic, innovative, self-motivated and with a tenacious and upbeat attitude
– Able to commute to Hemel Hempstead at least once a week for team meetings
Basic salary: Excellent package up to £27k basic salary + £4.8k car allowance + excellent commission structure – realistic OTE Year 1 £60k. Top earners within sales genuinely earn circa £100k per year.
