I’m recruiting for a highly experienced Regional Manager for a leading care provider covering the Worcestershire area. My client are a reputable, forward thinking and rapidly growing organisation who require an effective leader to help drive the business forward, manage the growth of the services and achieve organisational objectives.
The position will be working for a reputable organisation that have a number of care homes and services in the area. They are a growing organisation who provide high quality complex care services and you will be providing managerial support to Care Managers at Domiciliary Care Branches. You will be managing a large area and will play an integral part in the ongoing development of the companies services. Duties will include but are not limited to;
- Managing and developing a team of Care Managers
- Business Development, meeting and exceeding company objectives and KPIs
- Working closely with the Senior Management team, supporting them in the achievement of business growth and development
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional care standards at all times – reporting on any developmental areas for the branches
- Report writing and presenting
- Build close working relationships with clients and colleagues
The ideal candidate must have previous Senior Management experience, ideally on a multi-site basis. You will also have experience of working in a complex care service environment. Strong leadership and business acumen skills are essential for this demanding, fast paced position. You will be a confident business developer who is driven to achieve and exceed targets as well as being able to manage people effectively to achieve optimum performance levels.
