Regional Manager(Supported Living)
£25k to £35k
40 Hours Monday to Friday (flexible)
You will be responsible for looking after a number of services and new developments along with managing a team of managers in the Wigan area. These services support Adults and some Children in a Supported Living environment, promoting a high quality care service. The main remit will be to provide management and financial support ensuring all legislation and quality requirements are met – working to the companies vision and values.
Need to be used to working within the supported living or domiciliary sector and used to working within a face paced service. Experience in Learning Disability and multi-site management is an advantage and you must demonstrate strong leadership ensuring a positive and proactive family approach.
Duties will also involve:
• Monitoring and reviewing all action plans across the services
• To lead the safeguarding and CQC process by evaluating support provided
• To maxmise financial performance of the group
• To be available on a consultancy basis during out of hours on a rota basis
