Due to expansion, our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to promote capital equipment and solutions into the Food & Beverage Industry across the M5 Corridor.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Regional Sales Manager to sell capital equipment and solutions into the Food & Beverage Industry.

Based from home, you will be responsible to cover the M5 Corridor, so ideally you will be based in the South Birmingham Area. You will have a ‘hunter’ mentality, continually sourcing new business but also upselling within existing accounts.

The Candidate

The perfect candidate for Regional Sales Manager position will have the following qualities and experience:

  • Experience selling a service or solution.
  • A good understanding within engineering or manufacturing.
  • The ability to demonstrate a successful track record within Capital Equipment and Solution.
  • Experience of selling into the Food & Beverage Industry
  • B2B experience with strong field sales background.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and KPI’s.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

You will possess a positive, professional way of thinking, as well as being creative and always thinking of ways to improve the service you offer. You will be competitive, forward thinking and have an adaptable personality to ensure you can offer the best service to every client you are dealing with.

The Package

The basic salary for the Regional Sales Manager is within a range of £35,000 – £40,000 dependant on experience, plus an OTE of £50,000+ per year. In addition to this fantastic salary, the company offer other benefits such as a company car, fuel expenses, health insurance, and a pension scheme.
