We’re looking for a talented Regional Support Manager to work for our client.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of multi-site management of elderly care homes.

The Role:
The Regional Support Manager role is field-based. Reporting to the National Care Manager and covering the England region, you will be primarily responsible for supporting managers across 9 residential homes, across the Midlands and East Anglia.
In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Overseeing operations
– Conducting quality assurance and performance reviews
– Supporting and occasionally deputising for managers
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Regional Support Manager role will have relevant experience of multi-site management of elderly care homes.
You’ll also need experience of assisting Registered Managers to help improve quality and operations.
Plus, it’s vital that you’ve got experience of managing a care home in the past.
In addition, it’s essential that you possess a NVQ level 5 in care and a clean enhanced DBS.
The ideal person for the role will be the following:
– Organised, structured and driven
– Tenacious with a positive and friendly personality
– A person with a real “can do” attitude

The Package:
Basic salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum depending on experience
