Regional Training Manager – Franchise Catering
Based in Milton Keynes, field-based role
Salary circa £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
One of the largest pizza companies in the world are currently looking to recruit an experienced, passionate, and driven training professional, ideally with regional training management experience within a multi-unit business. You will be skilled in the design and delivery of training courses with experience building relationships at all levels.

Reporting to the Head of Ops Excellence, you would be tasked with providing operational / training expertise and support to stores across the UK via central and regional based workshops and materials. Working closely with Franchise Partners and their teams, you will identify business, learning and development needs and how these can be met with training solutions. You will design and deliver both classroom and on job training to meet stores’ needs, ensuring all stores have the training tools to complete their job and provide support and follow up to ensure effective use.
o Regional training management experience, ideally within multi-unit food / catering business
o A thorough understanding of standard training concepts, practices and procedures
o Strong presentation and training skills, proven ability to create innovative training and development material
o A driven and action-oriented individual with a hand on attitude and excellent communications skills
o Flexible, comfortable with frequent travel
