Registered Manager – Southampton
Salary: £28k to £32k depending on experience
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a domiciliary service in Southampton. You will be working for a leading provider in domiciliary care that specialise in learning disabilities. This is a growing organisation that offer outstanding training and progression.
You will be managing and developing this busy domiciliary service and maintaining the day to day running of the service whilst ensuring CQC standards are followed.
*Ensuring all care staff receive supervisions on a regular basis
*Monitoring the quality of service and carrying out spot check on the staff
*To lead and chair regular meetings including assessments and annual reviews
*To ensure new and existing staff are adequately trained, supported and supervised in accordance with relevant policies and quality standards
*To maintain and manage all files in accordance with CQC requirements
*To maintain accurate, up to date client support plans and client contact records
We are looking for someone who has NVQ Level 4/5, RMA or equivalent and has a proven track managing a busy domiciliary service. It is essential that you have experience of working within a learning disability setting. The successful person must have professional and proactive management skills. The working hours are Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and on call shifts. Full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential for this position.
