In the Registered Manager role, you will be based in the company’s Chesham office, you’ll report to the Director and will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a domiciliary care service run smoothly and effectively. As the Registered Manager working in partnership with a strong office and field team to ensure that; the customers and their families are happy with the care that is provided, all compliance tasks such as record taking, and audits are completed to a high standard and that the service is ran under the guidance of CQC regulations
The standard working hours for this job are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
You’ll be tasked with maintaining the highest level of training for new and existing care givers.
You’ll also be tasked with carrying of staff supervisions and appraisals.
To be the right person for Registered Manager role you will need direct experience of working to a high management standard.
We also need you to have prior experience of competently managing a moderately sized team of Health and Social Care staff.
It’s also essential that you’ve got experience of liaising with local authorities and commissioners.
It’s important that you also have the following:
A NVQ level 5 or above in Health and Social Care
Exceptional organizational skills
2 years in a managerial role in a domiciliary setting
You’ll also need to be the following:
A strong leader
Flexible and reliable to participate in on call rotas and to manage emergencies
Passionate about staff provide outstanding care and support to clients

The basic salary for the Registered Manager role is between £31,000 – £35,000 per annum.
